Usage: Post CLOSEALL as a standalone message

This affects all active signals in the channel!
CANCELALL Bulk Command

Description: Cancel ALL pending signals (entry not hit)

Usage: Post CANCELALL as a standalone message

Effect: Cancels all pending signals, doesn't affect active ones
